Rose Meehan

Rose’s varied background spanning business, education, yoga, and health comes together in her ownership of Nectar of Maine and in leading yoga classes.
Rose Meehan began her personal yoga practice in 2002. Later, motherhood drew Rose deeper into understanding the importance of living a healthy and balanced life, leading her into the fields of nutrition and health coaching.
In 2014, Rose completed her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health. As a Certified Health Coach, she works with individuals to establish and guide them in action plans with measurable results related to health, wellness, and lifestyle. In 2016, as she became more deeply committed to yoga, Rose undertook yoga teacher training culminating in the Tula Institute Yoga Teacher RYT-200, completing her certification. Rose also completed her Bachelors of Arts in Health Arts and Sciences from Goddard College in 2016.
That same year Rose began to lead a variety of yoga classes for children and adults that blended an approach that appeals to the senses using essential oils, inspired readings with her own lighthearted persona, and a practiced, pragmatic eye in her teaching.
In her spare time, Rose enjoys spending time with her children, skiing, skateboarding, hiking with hgardening & growing her own food- a family affair!
