9:30 - 10:30AM YOGA for Littles (Ages 3-5) with Baby Bunnies!
An early introduction to yoga for children to explore mindfulness, movement, balance and breathing techniques through games, stories, songs and play.
All props will be provided.

11AM - 12:15PM Mindful Parenting Yoga
Our children learn what we model, not what we say.

Join Yoga for Mindful Parenting to carve out some time and space for self-care to practice mindful movement and breathing techniques to calm your mind and body and strengthen your nervous system so you can show up ready to embrace the fullness of your life with calm, present, loving energy.
Mats and other props are available to use or bring your own.
