Monday, Wednesday & Friday
10AM thru Spring
Salmon Point Beach
on Long Lake in Bridgton
Bring a yoga mat and a blanket or sheet for underneath your mat, and any props you need to be comfortable - a folded towel or blanket to sit on, lightweight blocks, a strap, a bottle of water and sunglasses are all things I like to have available for practice.
I highly encourage you to dress in layers. It can be breezy and cool, and it can also be much warmer than expected. It's best to be prepared so you can fully enjoy the experience - the weather can change drastically from the parking lot to the point. If you have never been to Salmon Point I encourage you to check it out!
It’s a beautiful hidden treasure on Long Lake in Bridgton just off Kansas Road.
Use the public parking lot at the end of the paved section of Salmon Point Road and walk the marked trail all the way to the end of the road.
Walk past the playground and the first beach all the way to
THE END OF THE ROAD!
The public bathrooms are behind the playground.
From the parking lot walk down the trail past the first beach with the playground and the bathrooms to the end of the road out to the point - it’s beautiful, not too far and well worth the walk
Cancellations due to inclement weather will be sent via email and posted on Facebook will be updated by 8am & you can alway text me if you’re not sure 207-423-0573

Rose is not only an experienced yoga instructor, but she is also a warm and caring person. She leads a focused class. It is evident that she understands the strengths and limitations of her students while providing a challenging program
