Monday, Wednesday & Friday
10-11am
Salmond Point Beach, Bridgton
More offerings coming soon
Bring a yoga mat and a blanket or sheet for under your mat, and any props you need to be comfortable
a folded towel or blanket, lightweight blocks, strap, bottle of water & sunglasses are all suggested but not required.
I highly encourage you to dress in layers. It can be breezy and cool, and it can also be much warmer than expected as well. It's best to be prepared so you can fully enjoy the experience - the weather can change drastically from the parking lot to the point.
If you have never been to Salmon Point, I encourage you to check it out! It’s a beautiful hidden treasure on Long Lake.

From the parking lot walk down the trail past the first beach with the playground and the bathrooms to the end of the road out to the point - it’s beautiful, not too far and well worth the walk
If the weather changes and we need to change location an email will be sent, and Facebook will be updated by 8am and you can always text me if you’re not sure.

Rose is not only an experienced yoga instructor, but she is also a warm and caring person. She leads a focused class. It is evident that she understands the strengths and limitations of her students while providing a challenging program
